We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Cambrica fit — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how it works:
- Exchange window: 7 days from the date of delivery
- Condition required: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- How to request: Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll guide you through the process
- Exchange for a different size: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the above condition, we’ll ship your new size at no extra cost
- Pickup: We arrange doorstep pickup for the return in most serviceable pin codes; where pickup isn’t available, you may need to self-ship (shipping cost reimbursed via store credit)
We primarily offer exchanges to help you get the right fit rather than a straightforward return. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, generally limited to:
- Items received damaged or defective
- Items significantly different from what was ordered
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable to your future catalog)
- Items without original tags
